IT'S A........

BOY!!!!!!!

Yes, It's true... It is a bit early. Truth is, we cheated. Our big ultrasound at our Doctor's office is not until Nov 4th but we were impatient (and excited new parents) and went and got a 3D ultrasound last week!! As you can see in the picture... poor guy... his little man goods are on display for all to see and we couldn't have been happier to see them! His face, on the other hand, was slightly more difficult to admire, as he was playing peek-a-boo behind my placenta. We certainly hope this is not indicative of antics to come... goods out, face hidden... YIKES!! We are sure to have our hands full!

Those of you that know me best know that saying I was "partial" to a boy was the understatement of a lifetime! :) It's true that I have wanted a baby boy for as long as I can remember and we are so grateful that God has given us our "Get out of jail free" card this time around. However, I am certain that the next time we just may get the little girl we dread but God knows we need!

We couldn't be happier about the news and hope you all are just as excited as we are (sorry to those of you evil people that were hoping for a girl!!). I must say, Dan has been walking around for about a week now with this smug little look on his face as if he's completed his one mission in life! Something about that firstborn Son I guess!
